The Marketing Workshop, Inc. (MWI) was founded in 1972 by Jim Nelems, who had spent several years at a major advertising agency and a major consumer packaged goods firm. MWI grew from an initial six hundred square foot facility into one of the largest research firms in the country, yet MWI maintains the look and feel of a small research firm providing detailed attention to all clients, regardless of size.
In 1980, MWI established Compass Marketing Research (CMR). CMR is a data collection agency that handles telephone and qualitative projects.
MWI and CMR are located in our own 25,000 square foot custom designed building located on Da Vinci Court, in the Norcross suburb of Atlanta.

We help our clients answer important questions such as: "Who are our customers and best prospects?" "What do our customers and prospects need/want?" "How are we doing?" "How can we get better?"
We believe that knowledge without understanding is useless information. Our goal is to present findings in easily understood formats. |
